My speciality dish is probably ‘Sweet Chilli Karaage’… Karaage being Japanese fried chicken. This is by far the dish which people always ask ‘how do I make it?’. I haven’t yet added this recipe to my online collection but will do SOON!
I can’t wait! I haven’t tried that yet.
The recipes that people seem to search for on my blog are the ramen recipes (stock, and toppings), and the gyoza posts. The third most popular is tofu salad with miso dressing.
Personally, I like too many to choose just one.
