My favourite sushi filling is ikura, how about you?

Shiso with plum paste. And it sounds strange, but unagi with toasted pecans and a little green onions. Yum! And I really love all sorts of snapper.

I just made sushi with crab meat, pickled burdock, and avacado! It was pretty good. It was an inside-out roll with tobiko and sesame seeds on the outside.

Inari-zushi with crab is nice, I also like the sushi salad, but I forget the name.

My favourites are raw salmon sushi, and cooked prawn with avocado… maybe that’s just an australian version?
