Tonkotsu Ramen

pork stock noodles with sauteed chilli beansprouts

This is a quick to prepare light meal which can be put together in just a few minutes! The quality of Japanese instant ramen are a lot higher than those that I have tried in England, the noodles are firmer and have a better taste, the stock is also much better.

Ingredients

  • Bean sprout 250g
  • 1tbs of ra-yu (Chili oil)
  • 1tbs of chicken stock
  • Pinch of shichimi togarashi

Method

  1. Heat a frying pan at full heat, add the ra-yu and quickly stir fry the bean sprout for a minute.
  2. Add the chicken stock and shichimi togarashi , quickly stir fry for another a minute.
  3. Follow the instant ramen instructions and then put the bean sprout on top!
  4. Enjoy!

作り方

  1. フライパンにラー油を熱し、もやしを入れて1分ほど炒める。
  2. チキンストック、七味唐辛子を入れて更に1分炒めてできあがり。
  3. ラーメンの上にたくさんのせてできあがり。
