pork stock noodles with sauteed chilli beansprouts
This is a quick to prepare light meal which can be put together in just a few minutes! The quality of Japanese instant ramen are a lot higher than those that I have tried in England, the noodles are firmer and have a better taste, the stock is also much better.
Ingredients
- Bean sprout 250g
- 1tbs of ra-yu (Chili oil)
- 1tbs of chicken stock
- Pinch of shichimi togarashi
Method
- Heat a frying pan at full heat, add the ra-yu and quickly stir fry the bean sprout for a minute.
- Add the chicken stock and shichimi togarashi , quickly stir fry for another a minute.
- Follow the instant ramen instructions and then put the bean sprout on top!
- Enjoy!
材料
- もやし 250g
- ラー油 小1
- チキンストック 小1
- 七味唐辛子 少々
作り方
- フライパンにラー油を熱し、もやしを入れて1分ほど炒める。
- チキンストック、七味唐辛子を入れて更に1分炒めてできあがり。
- ラーメンの上にたくさんのせてできあがり。
