minced pork and prawn Chinese steamed dumplings
Ingredients
- Pork mince 250g
- Half an onion
- Shrimp 50g
- 1tbs of Soy sauce
- 1tbs of sesame oil
- 1tsp of sugar
- 1tsp of oyster sauce
- 15 wonton sheets
Method
- Cut the onion and shrimp into small pieces.
- Put the mince, onion, shrimp and all the sauce in to a bowl, mixing well.
- Put the stuffing on to a wonton sheet, lightly wrap the sheet around the stuffing using your fingers.
- Steam them at a high heat for 15 minutes.
材料
- 豚ひき肉 250g
- 玉ねぎ 半分
- エビ 50g
- しょうゆ 大1
- ごま油 大1
- 砂糖 小1
- オイスターソース 小1
- シュウマイの皮 15枚
作り方
- 玉ねぎ、エビをみじん切りにする。
- ひき肉、玉ねぎ、エビ、調味料をボウルに入れてよく混ぜる。
- シュウマイの皮に肉を詰め込む。
- 蒸し器で15分ほど蒸して出来上がり。
