stuffed Shiitake Mushrooms with a sesame sauce
This is a dish very quick and easy to make, the pork mince matches the texture of the shiitake very well. The sweetness of the sauce and the spicy shichimi make it a bite sized dish full of flavour.
Ingredients
- 6 Shiitake Mushrooms
- Pork mince 30g
- 1 tsp of Soy sauce
- 1 tsp of sesame oil
- 1 tsp of cornflour
Sauce Ingredients
- 2 tbs of soy sauce
- 2 tbs of sugar
- 2 tbs of mirin
- 1 tbs of oil
Method
- Cut off the shiitake stork, coat the inside of the shiitake with cornflour. Finely chop the shiitake storks and mix with the pork mince.
- Add the soy sauce and sesame oil to the pork mince, mix well. put the stuffing into the shiitake.
- Heat a pan at a medium tempurature, add the oil and cook the shiitake on both sides for 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the sauce (soy sauce, sugar and mirin) to the pan until sauce thickens.
- Lightly cover with shichimi powder.
材料
- しいたけ 6個
- 豚ひき肉 30g
- しょうゆ 小1
- ゴマ油 小1
- 片栗粉 小1
- しょうゆ 大2
- 砂糖 大2
- みりん 大2
- 油 大1
作り方 expired tramadol
- しいたけは石突きを切り取り、中に片栗粉を振っておく。軸はみじん切りにして豚挽き肉に混ぜる。
- ひき肉にしょうゆ、ゴマ油を入れてよく混ぜ合わせ、しいたけに肉を詰める。
- フライパンに油を引き、しいたけを両面焼く。
- 最後にしょうゆ、砂糖、みりんを入れて少しとろみがつくまで弱火で焼いて出来上がり。
