Okahijiki in Soy Sauce

a one minute Japanese side dish

This is a simple side dish for serving along side a main meal. Blanche in hot slightly salty water for 30 seconds, then serve with a dash of soy sauce. I don’t know much about Okahijiki, heres the Okahijiki wiki
