Trying putting julienned bits of mint, basil, cilantro with the rice noodles and shrimp, all wrapped in lettuce and rice paper.

To make the peanut sauce accompanying the fresh spring rolls: simmer peanut butter, milk and hoisin sauce in a small pot together with a dash of sriracha sauce; adjust the ingredients to your taste…
