a sour cucumber and seaweed salad
Ingredients
- Cucumber 5cm
- 2tbs of Seaweed
- 1tbs of salt
- 3tbs of sushi vinegar
Method
- Slice the cucumber thinly, add the salt and mix well. Leave for 15 minutes.
- Soak the seaweed in some water to make it soft, and then rinse all the water out.
- Squeeze the cucumber to remove the excess water.
- Mix the cucumber and seaweed with sushi vinegar.
材料
- きゅうり 5cm
- わかめ 大2
- 塩 大1
- すし酢 大3
作り方
- きゅうりをうすく輪切りにして塩でよくもんで15分程おく。
- わかめは水で戻しておく。
- きゅうりがしんなりしたらぎゅーっと手で水気をしぼる。
- きゅうり、わかめ、すし酢をあえてできあがり。
