Chocolate Pocky are popular Japanese snacks which come in various flavours, including strawberry, white and dark chocolate. There is also a ‘MENS’ version… not sure of the difference?.

Yes! I love pocky. Especially Pocky for Men, and I’m so curious about why dark chocolate would be considered more masculine than other types.

From my experience some Japanese men feel eating chocolate is a ‘girly’ thing, so maybe dark chocolate is more macho?!

Pocky prices will go up next month. In Japan a lot of things go up.

My favorite Pocky is the chocolate coconut one. I have only found it in Japan. I’ve gotten excited a few times thinking I’ve found it in the U.S., but it’s teh chocolate-almond kind.

:O i <3 pocky but “pocky for men” seems weird o.O but luckily ill never have to eat it cause i hate dark chocolate and thats pocky for men right????? :O i wanna go to japan toooo i went when i was like 8 but nevr more T_T

Thanks to my friend, Johnny (who is awesome because he gives us all japanese candy and such), I got to try Pocky for the first time today and now am addicted to it (sad, but true.). It was so delicious!
I want to try and make some myself now…
